What began humbly in a student union, just a spark, a gathering, a feeling, quickly evolved into something electric. Warehouse raves became our home, the heartbeat of our early journey. Before long, calls from independent labels and even the majors started coming in. That was the moment we knew we needed real management, real structure, real vision. Being surrounded by some of the most brilliant creative minds on the planet didn’t just offer opportunity; it fueled an undeniable desire to do things the right way.

The idea for 7AM was born in a small café in Brazil, where even the intricate patterns on the lampshades became part of the inspiration that shaped our identity. Eternal gratitude goes to Mike Coles (Killing Joke and more) and Ian Anderson (TDR). Their artistry and guidance didn’t just influence our design – they helped shape the very foundations of what a strong, meaningful music agency could be. This philosophy, this commitment to clarity, creativity, and structure, is what we now pass forward to our artists, helping them define, refine, and build their own unique brands with confidence.

Today, 7AM is fortunate to work with some of the most iconic, genre-defining artists in the world.
